Louise Scanlan

In 2018 I part-took in a Trinity College online course alongside my degree. I completed this course in order to get a better grasp on Irish manuscripts before commencing my scheme on "The High Period of Christian Art in Ireland". Through completing this course I was given a better understanding of the works in this period. The course was four week programme in which I received a certificate of completion following the final session. 

 

The programme covered topics such as the creation of themanuscript, the social concept behind the manuscript, the artistry surrounding the manuscript the survival of the manuscript through time.
