Thesis Overview:
My thesis mainly focused on Art Therapy in SEN centres in Dublin. I researched the processes used in Art Therapy and how these combated aggression and discomfort in Service Users. I used my SEN placement as a starting point for my research.

There is a difference between Art Therapy and Arts & Crafts within SEN centres

Individuals with issues with aggression may be removed from Art Therapy sessions for the benefit of the facilitator or the other service users within the Art Therapy group.
